October 19, 2004, Deerfield Beach, FL – PlatinumTV, a leading producer of national and international educational programming, is proud to announce a series on Early Childhood Education.

What the studies show—and what PlatinumTV series will emphasize—is the vital importance of parents and teachers spending good interactive time with children, by reading and writing with them as well as doing projects with them.  This sets the stage to reinforce the skills they need in their early childhood development stages.

PTG wants to promote excellence in early childhood education by exploring the standards for children’s educational learning materials and books.

PTG will produce a special five-part series on “Building a Solid Foundation,” and the show will feature those companies on the cutting edge in education.  Each segment will feature a company that produces curriculum materials and/or products that will be the subject of a five-to-seven minute segment written in feature-story format and presented in a visually exciting way.  The shows will air in spring and summer 2005.

“The relevance of this series cannot be overstated, “ said Doug Scott, president and CEO of PlatinumTV. “There is nothing more important than quality education for young children. We are excited to present these options to our TV audience, the informed and discriminating viewers of Today’s Family.”

In addition to the broadcast exposure of network airings—nationally on ABC Family Channel and WE—Women’s Entertainment, and locally on PAX-TV—PlatinumTV offers unique media publicity options to enhance the series

PlatinumTV produces and airs on local and national cable markets such half-hour shows as Great Taste, New Home Journal, Competitive Edge, Today's Family, Senior Lifestyles, Eye on Technology, Business & Beyond, Health Forum and more.
